The above are the mentors of the famous person to whom you know.

Isn’t it a strange thing? We know the person but we don’t know with whose guidance they are known to the whole world????

Now imagine you are in the dark and dense forest and it is the dusk. The forest had turned too dark to see a path ahead…....you are so tense what to do now?? How to get out of this situation?  You lose all your hope and all your desire to get out of this situation!!!

And suddenly there comes a man with a torch in his hand to help you… you will be on the seventh heaven…

MENTORS are the same as the man with torch in the dark and dense forest, isn’t it???

Those are the lucky one who has great mentors in their life at the time when they are in the need of them. You know friends;

“SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE NEVER REACH THEIR GOALS ALONE.”

One of the greatest power that any mentor possesses is that he has an intuition with their first meet, what that person is about and what his destiny will be.

They have one more  great quality that  he will know the path would be difficult, but he will never indicate that. Rather he will communicate that the ultimate destiny is only a step away. And give us assurance that he is with us in each step.

A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself.

 He is the one who allows you to see the higher part of yourself when sometimes it becomes hidden to your own view.

One more thing I would like to tell:

MENTORS DON’T CREATE FOLLOWERS THEY CREATE MORE MENTORS.

Meaning there by, mentor Andy Grove made STEVE JOBS; a mentor to millions of people. Similarly, mentor Gopal Krishna made Gandhiji a mentor to the whole world and the case with Narendra modi.

Actually:

 MENTORS ARE LIKE ROOTS OF THE TREE, THEY ARE NOT SEEN BY THE WORLD, THEY ARE TOO HARD BUT THE TREE CAN’T STAND FOR HUNDRED YEARS WITHOUT THEM, IT CAN’T GET WATER OR NUTRITION NEEDED TO SUSTAIN THE LIFE AND WITHOUT ROOTS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A GREAT AND SWEET FRUITS.

Similarly, mentors are hidden from the world and allow the tree to grow and flourish it for the whole life. Sometimes they behave hard and sometimes they give sweet water.

I know till the time you have recognized one name in your heart, isn’t it??

Sometimes the advice given by our mentors feels very strange to implement, you feel what he said to be followed or not, you doubt too, about the advice and it seems that it is just waste of time and resources if you follow the same. But you do follow the same as you respect them and with the core of time you got to know why he had given us that suggestion.

 It is one of the best part that mentor does in anyone’s life. He advice some strange things to perform which later comes out as a great fruits…..

Parents just introduce their child in the world. But mentors introduce the whole world to his mentee.

I want to conclude only one thing;

we often look for the shortcuts to achieve success or definite goals but what i conclude is:

GETTING A MENTOR IS THE ONLY SHORTCUT TO SUCCESS.
